| 2-Choose the Roof Coating |

| The next step is to select the best coating for your roof. Elastomeric coating is suitable for most roof materials. You can get roof coating materials from any hardware store. Be sure to check the warranty of the roof coating you are buying. Read the label on the container to ensure that you get enough coating material for two coats. |

| 3-Applying the Primer |

| The primer increases the ability of the roof coating to adhere with the roofing material. Applying primer is not necessary for certain types of roof. However you should apply it if you are not sure as it will give you a peace of mind. |

| 4- Applying the Roof Coating |
 |
| The final step is the application of the roof coating to the roof. Follow the directions on the container and apply 2-3 coats of roof coating using a long–handled brush, roller or spray. You should let a coat dry before applying another one and should not overcoat or undercoat any part. |
