1- Cleaning the Aluminum Siding

Acrylic latex paint with low shine or satin finish is advised for aluminum siding. Apply paint with the help of an airless sprayer or foam roller and make sure that you get an even finish. Let the paint dry for some time.

1) Avoid latex paint and primers as it contains ammonia which forms a gas when it comes in contact with oxidized aluminum. The gas leads to the formation of bubbles under the paint due to which the paint gets removed and fades faster.
